3xIP -> 3/3


For TL :
-2 Ratio proofs with my name and date of today in URL bar.
-2 speed tests ( if you have a seedbox , pls provide me also with one of your ISP ).

For IP :
-1 Ratio proofs with my name and date of today in URL bar.
-1 speed test.
