after you get in, make an intro at the INTRODUCE YOURSELF part of the forum and you'll be shown love with kind words and some points as a "welcoming gift"

idling in the IRC nets you 0.2 points per 10 min, making it 1.2 points per hour

sort the torrents by size to get the smallest ones. get as many as you can and leave them collecting bonus, LONG-TERM.
